"Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's needs, but not every man's greed"- Mahatma Gandhi
Conservation of Nature and protection of biodiversity is the sin-qua-non for maintaining sustainability of the environment. Human beings should learn to live in harmony with their surroundings. Humans have done such activities which have degraded the resources and natural vegetation. Due to the process of rapid industrialization, decreasing forest cover and ever growing population, climate change and other negative implications have been brought about.
Now, time has come up to take initiatives regarding improvising the health of nature and surroundings. Keeping the objective of doing good to nature, World Nature Conservation Day is celebrated every year on July, 28. This day is observed to spread awareness for the preservation of nature and biodiversity so as to provide a healthy environment which is essential for a lively, stable and flourishing mankind.
