Indeed, the youth of any society determines its present as well as future. The responsibility is bestowed on the youth to develop the technology, education, health, administration, politics, defence and peace &prosperity of a nation. The youth has an ability to learn and adapt to it's surroundings. Through it's ideas and energy, the youth is able to solve myriad issues and bring about a change in the society. To emphasize various cultural and legal issues related to the youth, the United Nations has designated August 12 as International Youth Day, to be celebrated every year. The first International Youth Day was solemnized on 12 August, 2000.
